Catch a Memory Campout

June 20-22, 2025

All Benton men are invited to attend for a weekend of fun at Brant Conservation Area. Anyone with kids is encouraged to bring them for the weekend. Fathers can create lasting impact through intentional time with their kids. The Catch a Memory Campout will provide opportunities for fathers to spend time with their children.

There is a limit of 30 overnight guests, so send an email to men@benton.church to reserve your spot.

If you're only able to attend the Saturday activities, we'd love to have you  join us for the day.

We also need to arrange rides for some of our men. If you can do that, please email us.
If you plan on joining us for the rafting trip at 2:00 pm, let us know by email.

Cost

At the gate, there is a charge of $18.00 per vehicle, per night, plus $4.00 per person in the vehicle, per night.
The day rate for seniors is $7.25.
The site fee is covered by the Men's Ministry, but donations are welcome.
You will be expected to bring your own food.

An example of the cost for camping:
A father with two children, for two nights would pay the following at the gate:
($18+$4+$4+$4) x 2 nights = $60.00 for 2 nights for 3 people

Additional Costs:
If you wish to participate in the rafting trip at 2:00pm on Saturday you will need to pay for that separately.
Cost is $40 per person or $70 per family. Email men@benton.church to let us know you plan to participate.
Pay by e-transfer to office@benton.church and mention it is a payment for Men's Ministry.
